Speaker 1: So you’ve heard, well, tell me about some of the specific complains you’ve heard.
Speaker 4: Well, we’re seeing a lot of complains regarding operators and drivers. We’re seeing complains about cleanliness of stations, a lot of the complains are related to delays on particular roots, a wide range of complains, typically low is related to the front line people the drivers of the… particularly the street cars and the buses.
Speaker 1: What's the worst case you've heard?
Speaker 4: Abusive operators, when they are dealing with the riders, of course, some people may be having a really bad day and that’s why they’re taking it out on the riders.
Speaker 1: There’s a lot of, having a lot of bad days, I take little time. How about the days gone?
Speaker 4: We all have stories,
Speaker 1: I don't have.
Speaker 4: It’s happening to all of us, I can think back of a situation, one situation I was actually running to catch the bus, that was in the middle of winter.
Speaker 1: Oh no.
Speaker 4: The driver, so you get this, so he laughed at me, "Close the door in global width."
Speaker 1: So we see this sort of thing all the time. That a cultural thing.
Speaker 5: I remember going to get a monthly passwords, hear my thing right, complained to everybody but and handing over the money and because there was a few days and then the month day were carrying the cart anymore but he took the time to count out the money.
