Anywhere agency is a community of individuals from different backgrounds pioneering
the future of work helping to grow sustainable ideas and businesses, by offering

With the organization, I am mainly tasked with identifying sources, conducting research
to identify trends or patterns in an industry or specific topic of interest; and
organizing/storing information to make it easy to retrieve at a later date.
2. Research/Project Management
Work Anywhere, Remote β (May 2022 - July 2022)
#WorkAnywhere is an advocacy group championing for remote and hybrid workersβ
rights.
With the team, I helped them compile and build a comprehensive list of potential
investors for their fundraising plans.
I am currently a member of the advocacy group.
3. Research Assistant
Nendo Kenya, Remote β (October 2022 - December 2022)
Nendo Kenya conducted research on Fraud in the Digital age.
I was mainly tasked with classifying qualitative data collected for analysis.
4. Researcher
Citibeats, Remote β (August 2021 - November 2021)
IIn conjunction with UNESCO, Citibeats conducted a project to help identify insights
related to Disaster Risk Reduction in 5 Eastern African countries. (Kenya,
Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and South Sudan)
My tasks entailed:
Identification of relevant Social Public Pages e.g. Facebook and blogs for the 5
countries analyzed, used as a main source for the project.
Identification and analysis of citizen feedback and narratives around disaster risk
prevention using the Citibeats AI dashboard.
5. Researcher
Citibeats, Remote β (June 2020 - August 2020)

Citibeats conducted research on Social media usage by digital finance consumers:
Analysis of consumer complaints in Kenya, Nigeria, and Uganda from July 2019 July 2020 in conjunction with IPA.
My tasks entailed:
Providing a list (Excel sheet) of all the top financial providers for each country,
including their Twitter handle, Facebook public page, and Google Play Store pages
for their apps.
Revise results and give feedback on changes/additions to keywords for analysis on
the Citibeats dashboard.
Providing a list of keywords in the defined languages that relate to defined
categories (these are βseedsβ for training Citibeats) using the local dialect/ lingua Kenya, Uganda, and Nigeria.

6. Researcher / Consultant
FSD Kenya, Nairobi β (August 2018 - June 2019
FSD Kenya and Citibeats conducted research with Princeton University on the
conception of dignity and fairness in the financial sector in Kenya, and Social
Media was used on top of official bank complaint records.
My tasks entailed:
Creating content through researching key topics for the Survey.
Responding to and monitoring consumer feedback.
Attending weekly check-in calls and meetings to ensure the project meets its
objectives.
Performing content analysis on the information received through topic modeling to
provide meaningful information through an artificial intelligence tool made by
Citibeats ( https://citibeats.net/ )
Conducting phone interviews with consumers to gather first-hand direct information.
