Pregnancy Tips: During and After Pregnancy
There is really no same pregnancy experience, it is indescribable. Many of the times,
especially new mommies, you are to discover what things works best for you. But somehow
these tips can help you ease some things you will conquer on your way to motherhood.
Tip #1
For morning sickness.
Some lucky pregnant mommies skip this period of morning sickness and puking brains out.
And bad news is some don’t, or the right thing is most “preggy” mommies experience nausea
and vomiting in the first trimester. Sometimes it is the vitamins that you’re taking, try
skipping a morning and observe if there is a difference and if it does work then you can talk
to your healthcare provider about it and do some arrangements. If it is severe then you have
to talk to your doctor about it. The doctor may give you nausea medication because you can
be dehydrated because of vomiting and lose body fluids.

Tip #2
Buy yourself nice maternity clothes.
Some mommies, especially the new pregnant mommies, think that spending money to buy
clothes you can only wear for a few months is just a waste. But take this advice that buying
some key maternity pieces can make you feel good about yourself. You deserve it and it will
make you comfortable during these stages. Pick a piece of maxi dress, or two if you want,
buy a maternity jeans, bigger bra, and long stretchy tops for your key maternity wardrobe. It
is worth it. Why? Because you can still use these clothes after giving birth. You have to be
aware that after giving birth your body is not automatic and will not fit right back at your pre
pregnancy clothes. Before rushing to the hospital make sure that you pack some of these
clothes to wear on your home arrival.
