And today allows me to encourage you to prove your worth as a freelancer or else it will be a little hard for you to live in a sustained freelancing success. In a world of instance, go and brace the constance of this world instead. Yes we are living in the world of instance. There are a lot of instances in our food,a lot of instances in our processes at home and the office, a lot of instances as well in our customer experiences. Unfortunately, all of these instances in our experiences daily have molding us to be the people who are expecting instant results in all of our endeavors as well. People who are always chasing instance and fast money and fast results have been noted as people and processes that accomplishes nothing,why, because in order for you to really accomplish something, to really go into that ladder of success, you need to be chasing and embracing the constance of life. And these are: 1. Changing your mindset 2. Sticking to the process 3. Proving your worth To be successful in freelancing as well, you need to change how you perceive things. You need to trust the process and most importantly, you need to prove your worth out there. Learning the skill doesn’t happen overnight. Clients will not also come to you if they don’t see value in you when you don’t offer solutions to their problems. Work does not going to be handed out to you as well. You need to prove your worth all the time. You can do this by learning the skills because of course learning the skills will empower you to be a better individual, to be a better professional and after you know being an expert on the skills, you know how to provide value, you know how to provide worth into that business. You can also do these by showcasing your portfolios, and when we’re talking about portfolios, these are anything under the sun that will provide worth you know, that will broadcast your worth because you know how it is being done. Again, learning the skill and showcasing your portfolio. And all of these things when we’re talking about proving your worth doesn’t happen overnight. They don’t happen instantly. This is why you need to change your mindset today, right now, and stick to the process and start being an expert on your niche. Start building your portfolio and proving your worth in order to gain long term freelancing success. Maybe you are wondering why there are no clients coming back to you after sending out hundreds of applications. Maybe you are not being interviewed or probably you were shortlisted but were not hired. Probably you were wondering why you’re still on the three dollars or four dollars and are not getting higher hourly rates or getting,you know, better contracts. Probably what you need is you need to start proving your worth. No one is really going to take care of you unless you take care of yourself in the freelancing industry. Again , change your mindset and go and learn the skills, you know, you go and showcase your portfolios. Improve yourself out there. When you have what it takes in order for you to provide solutions to your target market, they will notice you. They will hire you and you will start earning things in the freelancing industry. It starts with proving your worth and it doesn’t happen instantly. It needs to happen. You embrace the constance of this world.That would be all for today.
