Social Media: The untold stories New mobile phones, expensive bags, high end cars, hey all of these are posted on any platform of social media nowadays. Have you ever imagined what is behind these postings? Behind these postings are stories of each individual. It can be dark stories or something that they just want to share with everyone. Well, that is the use of social media for some people. So let us do this one by one. Let us start with people with personal stories, these people are the one who are posting their personal life or what is going on with their life its either asking for help because they think that by posting these in social media it means it is urgent and there is a chance that the help is coming their way, but hey what about 911 guys wake up!! It’s just one call away! We have police that can help us and can take care of us, and not all the people in social media will help you. Most of them are Gossipers, and won’t believe you, rather they will just judge you and laugh at you, thinking that you are just seeking attention to be popular in social media. And the other side is the one who is posting their expensive bags, watches, cars, traveling, happy family, but do you know what is behind this?? Hey, those expensive bags, watches, and cars are all borrowed or loaned .I am not saying all but most of these postings are happening in social media. If you really have those things I don’t think that you have to post it, you are posting it for what? To get attention? To brag? If you really have these things you don’t have to post it letting it know to everyone doesn’t matter, what matters is that you have it and if they believe you or not it doesn’t matter anyway. The other side is the one who is posting their love stories about how her boyfriend bought her expensive ring, jewelry. The truth is she bought it herself. WHAT?? That is her love story though, and the last but not the least is the posting of your friend or your loved ones death at a funeral, WHY?? Don’t you have any respect for your loved ones or to the family of the bereaved? Why are you doing such disrespectful actions? Do you want to tell the world, hey someone died here!! Hello?? Are you out of your mind? RESPECT PLEASE this is the keyword. DO NOT POST SUCH THINGS IN SOCIAL MEDIA!! Anyways not all are negative stories of course there are also a lot of positive stories, Like posting about your achievements or your child’s achievement of course if you are a mom or a dad you want to tell the whole world how proud you are of your child’s achievements (same here). Special events like weddings, birthdays or any occasions that are very special to you, those that brings positivity in everyone’s life .Basically it is very important that when you wake up in the morning and check your mobile and seeing positive feeds in any of your social media platform is a good thing to start your day. (Of course pray first when you wake up and give thanks to our almighty God for giving you another day). Lastly social media gives us income, you heard it right INCOME. When the world Is hit by this CORONAVIRUS everyone suffers, there is no rich or poor, if you get sick with this virus it’s like it’s the end of your life. During this pandemic most of the companies were closed, maybe restaurants, offices, shops or any business establishments. Good thing is that there are social media platform, yes this platform helps a lot with most of the people around the world.This social media platform gives everyone hope to have income and work in the comfort of their home.It may be Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. With these platforms you can sell online, you can connect to your customers via messenger or Whatsapp, of course everyone can do this as long as you have a good internet connection a laptop, PC or even mobile phone will do. Everyone asks for the help of online business owners. It may be buying goods for food delivery to deliver it directly to your house. So with the use of any of this platform anyone can earn money as long as you want. Online business is a big hit during this pandemic everything is done online even teachings, meetings , applying for online jobs and lastly the biggest business that hit the biggest revenue this pandemic is the Ecommerce business those AMAZON, EBAY, SHOPIFY etc. because of this pandemic we tend to order online and deliver it in our home address without going out of our house for the fear of getting infected by this virus. The earnings of this ecommerce business ballooned into double compared to those years that we are living in our normal lives so you see how most of the people are relying on these businesses? And how they are using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc to gain more customers. And not to forget Vlogging. Vlogging is very in demand because by doing this you earn money by subscribing, following or by just clicking the more you get more audiences the more you earn. But it is not easy to do this. You should have good content to write or a topic to tackle that your audiences may be interested and tend to subscribe to your channel. So now that you know the behind stories of this social media platform have you decided which one you will follow? One thing is for sure is that we have to use social media properly, maybe independently of course but make a second thought, ask yourself before posting, like what will I earn from this post ?How will I use my social media account?
