I- Context
According to the action plan of the marketing department, the above period is a way of:

Encouraging sponsors to be favorable to the sponsorship request
Ensuring that all the request made to the sponsors are being met
II- Completed tasks
-
Organizing a meeting in the marketing department whatsapp group ;

Sending sponsorship letter to Aba King Enterprise and Setmay Enterprise, Wisconsin University, Valley view
University, Ghana Christian University College;
-
Speaking with the accountants of the two enterprises (Aba king and Setmay) (There are positive but they don’t
give us specifics);
-
The feedback are still expected from the others (in general).
III- Encountered problems

Lack of positive feedback from sponsors;

Lack of sending some sponsorship letters which are supposed to be sent.
IV- Suggestions
-
As solution of the encountered problems, we suggest that:
Some actions be taken to have feedback from sponsors;

The department members activate themselves to effectively send all the letters and ensure the following up;
V- Perspectives
The following of the action plan will facilitate the achievement of results.
Nevertheless, all advices and suggestions are welcome to sustain and help the department in its actions.
