The variables under consideration here are the pre_total scores and the post_total scores.
H0: There is no difference between the total scores of depressions among adults before intervention and the total scores of depressions among adults after intervention.
H1: There is a difference between the total scores of depressions among adults before intervention and the total scores of depressions among adults after intervention.

The ranks table show that 90 adults had a higher depression score than after the intervention, 32 adults had a higher depression score after the intervention, 11 adults did not show change in their depression scores.
The Wilcoxon signed rank sum test showed that, there is a significant difference between the total scores of depressions among adults before intervention and the total scores of depressions among adults after intervention (Z = - 6.064, p < 0.001) at 0.05 significance level. This imply the intervention was significant.
