Historic sites in O’Fallon
O’Fallon is a land full of history and heart-filled stories of humor, love, tragic, and outstanding achievements.
Historic events are celebrated to demonstrate heritage, skills, craft, fun activities, culture-based music, tree dedication; with an accompanied free-foods, drinks, and parking space. To enjoy free historic events, endeavor to join O’Fallon’s Founder’s Day, Heritage & Freedom Festival, 9-11 Memorial Events, and History of Zum-Wait’s Fort and Its Reconstruction.
Founder’s Day Celebration comes up every 2nd of May, while Heritage Annual Festival comes with free concerts & activities like gaming truck, monster mural, yard games, and a petting zoo. There are lots of fireworks with stage music, interactive paid activities for kids, free parking, and free air-conditioned bus service.
Are you considering 9-11 memorials, veterans’ memorial walk, or history of Zumwalt’s Fort and its reconstruction this summer?
They’re all unique events that show a spirit of solidarity, historic remembrance, street cultural display, patriotic knowledge of O’Fallon people, and its social environment. To learn more about O’Fallon native plants, animals, and its overall habitat; join the Louis Audubon Society (SLAS) and grab some knowledge about the environmental inter-relationship between natural resources, human beings, and its interconnection to soil air and water. You can follow-up their calendar to participate in birding trips, meetings, and special events.
