UK Parliament in 2012 released the third annual report revealing economic, social, and sporting benefits of the Olympic Stadium and Park to the country. After Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games held in London, the appointed legacy ambassador Lord Sebastian Coe disclosed his plan to reconstruct the Olympic Stadium and Park for learning, social regeneration, and game tourism. UK's strategic ambition in building the game infrastructural masterpiece was to demonstrate national pride and athletic spirit. Lord Sebastian Post Game Committee pledged to create a sustainable legacy by remodeling the Olympic Park for broadcast apprenticeships, school sports, stage games, and enhancing of Britain tourist industry.
The UK Olympic City holds the responsibility to maintain its sports legacy by using its sports venue to host other unique sports events. Its social legacy will promote culture, education, ethical principles, respect for human dignity, understanding of social team spirit, and rejection of racial discrimination, political and gender segregation.

The supposed environmental legacy was aimed to enhance urban revitalization, new energy sourcing, transport infrastructure, renewal urban beautification, and appearance. An economic impact of the Olympic Games brought about the rise of UK GDP against Australian and US Dollars, due to an increase in economic activities, productions, new job creations, and tourists visit.
