While some, if not readily available on trial, are found under support pages of the website, and or frequently asked questions. The pricing assumed on this research are all on Standard Business Plan, as it
suggested the most available feature per tool based on requirement.
ASSUMPTIONS: Based on the identified requirements, an integrated management would be a nice to have if all features are available in one complete setup without having the need for another
management software. It is assumed that some workflow on this setup is inter-dependent, hence the need for an integrated setup. (Summary below table)

SUMMARY
Choosing the best project management software can be tricky and confusing. There are widely available project management software to choose from whether cloud based or on-premise/self hosted.
KANBAN
A KANBAN System is a scheduling system where it can manage work/tasks based on boards which moves from one section to another. Just like a post-its in a column.
MONDAY, ASANA, TRELLO, SLACK, BASECAMP works in a KANBAN model where you can work with boards. Working with boards, may not be as fancy as what the sample excel file (Project Worksheet)
where tasks automatically moves as indicated in the sample file. Some however may be visually appealing & intuitive.
GANTT
GANTT Chart however, is a visual representation of task with respect to time. It also shows dependencies visually and thus, rather simplified when moving tasks on a different time frame. The sample
excel file works best on this case. BITRIX24, ZOHO Projects, TEAMWORK also works in GANTT Chart. Some can also be viewed by both Kanban & Gantt. Jira on the other hand, is best used for software
development, as it was built for. Zoho Projects also has similarities with Bitrix24 but lacks the functionality that Bitrix24 have such as Telephony, desktop version, and many more.
Podio on the other hand, is also customizable, it has also a powerful integration platform. However, the organization of the projects are based on workspaces, and are listed as items on the page. In
general, podio projects is not easy to track, but has a wonderful workflow integration and automation tools.
CONCLUSION
The overall impression of bitrix24, considering the set requirements stands above all others. As indicated on the checklist, it has all of the features that is required. Although, some required features are
deemed with lesser priority but bitrix already has it all.
RECOMMENDATION
After considering the requirements, feature availability, platform, BITRIX24 Cloud based edition is RECOMMENDED. Cloud based edition keeps you from worrying about maintenance cost of servers and
other factors required for upkeep of the service.
