Subliminal MP3s
The brain is the most fascinating organ in your body. Being the most fascinating, it is also the most
influential. Whatever influences your brain makes who you are.
The beliefs, characteristics, attitudes, and habits that you have are due to what you allow your brain to
absorb. It has the capacity to process 40 million different pieces of information each second. With this in
mind, you can learn to “hack your brain” so you can use it for your full advantage.
Subliminal messages are means of tapping your subconscious mind. The conscious-versus-subconscious
proportion of your brain is similar to a floating iceberg. The conscious is just the tip of the iceberg that is
visible. The larger subconscious is hidden, but has effects way beyond our comprehension. Subliminal
messages aim to teach and train your subconscious. By doing this, you can do things that at first may seem
impossible.
Things like improving your concentration, achieving higher grades, losing weight, cutting on vices, and
gaining more confidence are some of the hard goals in life. Do you have similar goals like these? If you
find them so hard to achieve, it is because your conscious mind is telling you many things that go against
these aims of yours.
Subliminal messages are here to help. They come in different forms. There are three ways that can expose
your brain to positive thoughts and feelings. These are through video flashes, note cards, and MP3s. Video
flashes are those placed in your computer screens. They show positive notes every now and then. You
place note cards in places you frequent at home or in your office. The most effective means of absorbing
subliminal messages is through MP3s.
Listening to these affirmative messages all day will result to less stress, more positive outlook, fresher
feelings, more relaxed breathing, and an over-all energetic and enjoyable day.
You can play these MP3s and listen to them while you are doing your morning routines, running through
your house chores, or working on your hobby. These subliminal messages will create new pathways in
your brain. The repetitive audios will instill helpful things that once created in your memory, will develop
lasting effects.

There are times when listening to subliminal MP3s is discouraged. Don’t listen to these audios when doing
things that need concentration like driving or doing surgery. The best time to listen to these subconscious
messages is a few hours before you sleep. Sleeping allows the subconscious to operate on its own.
There are many downloadable subliminal MP3s. When choosing which ones to listen, consider your goal.
Find the best audios that produce a clearer mind and relaxed feelings. Listen. Repeat. Listen. Repeat.
Researchers said that most subliminal messages work best after four weeks of listening to them. Others
need up to 90 days before they can see obvious results.
Clear your mind from the past that hinders your improvement and success. Subliminal messages are here
to help you re-think, re-format, and re-build who you are.

How To Overcome Dental Fear
Are you afraid of going to the dentist? We call this condition ontophobia, dental phobia, dental
fear, or dental anxiety. If you have experiences of being anxious seeing a dentist, don’t worry.
You’re not alone. Three-fourths of adults in the USA have dental fear. This is fear of the
dentist’s place and the operations happening and related to it.
This fear will hinder you from getting the dental services that you need. If you have this fear, you
probably just visit the dentist’s clinic during emergency cases. This is not ideal because dental
care is an important service. The teeth are one of man’s greatest assets. You must observe proper
dental care as part of your hygienic routines.
What are the reasons of having dental fear?
There are two main reasons why people get into this circumstance. These are due to direct or
indirect experiences.
Direct experience dental fear happens if you already had a bad experience about dental care,
dentists, and other things related to your teeth. Was there a feeling of uneasiness while the dentist
was pulling that tooth out of your mouth? This is going to be part of your memory bank and
thinking on another dental visit may bring back these negative emotions. Was the
dentist unfriendly? This will result to uncomfortable feelings next time you see a dentist.

Indirect experience dental fear is because of what you heard from others, from the media or from
your own perceptions. Sometimes you might hear of shocking and exaggerated negative stories
about dentist and dentistry. This might create an impression of fear.
Most children are also victims of dental fear. The media contributes to this anxiety. The children
see videos of dental clinics with scary dentists, frightening needles, gross teeth, and crying boys
and girls.
How do you know that you are suffering from dental phobia?
There are clear signs that you have dental phobia. First, you cannot sleep the night before the
dental appointment. You seem to imagine or even dream of negative things about the dentist and
your teeth. This makes you to have trouble getting relaxed and cannot get enough rest. Which in
turn makes you feel more stressed. Second, you get sick just thinking about going to the dentist.
Sometimes the “mind over matter” gets real when you have dental phobia. Third, you feel
nervous when you are already in the clinic, in the waiting area, or in the dentist’s chair.
This type of fear is more psychological in nature and unreal. So how do you overcome it?
Dentists know this type of fear and they have adopted some changes to help their patients. Many
dentists don’t wear the stereotype all-white attire. This is because people associate negative
things with this all-white wardrobe. They also try to assess whether their patient have this fear
before undergoing any treatment. They make sure they communicate in relaxed and friendly tone
of voice to ease their patients.
Here are some things that you can do to make your visit to the dentist less anxious and stressful.
Communicate your fear
Before undergoing dental treatment or cleansing, tell the dentist your uneasiness. Make sure the
dentist understands your fear. This will help him adjust the way he communicates with you. He
can also pace the dental procedures according to your comfort level.
Set a plan for your procedure
Let you and your dentist plan for a more relaxed dental experience. You can talk about when is
the best time to do the procedure. Include in your discussion the past experiences that did not
work for you and what are those that worked best for you. You can also talk about the fees.
Ask for medical help
Sometimes your fear may need more than personal techniques. You need to make use of medical
help to relieve your pain and fear. Dentists will apply mild sedatives or even local anesthesia to
calm their patients. Some even use nitrous oxide or laughing gas. Sedatives are better to use than

anesthesia. You can still communicate with the dentist although you might feel a little drowsy
once you take this in. Sedatives come in oral or intravenous doses. Local anesthesia will make
you fall asleep during the dental procedures.
Even if you suffer from dental phobia, this should not hinder you from getting the dental care
that your teeth need. Learn to overcome your fear to become healthier and more hygienic.

Breast Cancer Walk
Breast cancer can be a threat to a person’s life. But anybody can overcome struggles like breast cancer.
You just need to fight it.
A close friend of mine had breast cancer about three years ago. Her husband works abroad and she was
left to care for their three teenage boys. The cancer did not put down her spirit. With the encouragement
and help of several persons around her, she survived. Right now, she is busy tending to the needs of her
fourth baby, a girl.
Her story inspires others who are in the same situation. Everybody can become the next victim of breast
cancer. Being knowledgeable about it will be a great advantage to you.
What is breast cancer?
Breast cancer is the result of the abnormal growth of cells in the mammary glands or in the tubes where the
milk passes through. This abnormal cell growth affects and spreads into other cells. About 90% of cancer
cases are due to aging. The other 5 to 10% are due to inherited genetic mutation. There are nine stages
starting from stage 0 when the cancer cells did not spread to other cells yet. Stage four is the worst stage.
This is characterized by the enlargement and spread of the damaged cells to other body parts.
What are the symptoms of breast cancer?

You have to take note of these changes in your body that may become symptoms of breast cancer. When
you experience pain in the breast area, lumps, nipple discharge, changes in color, irritation, or swelling in
the breast skin, it’s time to check with a doctor. You will then go through a mammogram screening. If
there is a lump that could be cancerous, you will undergo other testings.
What can you do?
The best thing to do as either a breast cancer survivor, or an advocate for cancer prevention and awareness,
is to join a breast cancer walk. This event helps breast cancer survivors, like my friend, to share their stories
and become an encouragement. Breast cancer walk also helps to raise funds for breast cancer programs.
What is the benefit of breast cancer walk?
There are several companies and organizations who take part in many breast cancer walks around the
world. They either support by providing monetary aids, or allow their employees to join the walk. The
money raised is for breast cancer organizations. These are to fund studies, programs, treatments, and other
endeavors against breast cancer.
Every person’s involvement is a fight against breast cancer. The walk which takes three to five miles,
demonstrates fighting strides to end this cancer. For years now, the breast cancer walks are growing,
advancing, and winning. Your involvement will make it move faster and stronger. Join a breast cancer
walk now!
