I cannot publish the details about AI based Job because of NDA.
But I can give you some basic info.
Project Owner: NETAŞ Telecommunication Company
Project Subjects: Transfer information between two Service Manager (SM) tools. In addition to that in
case of human decision point using AI/ML services to make correct decisions.
Project Details:
The company I did business with had a call center. A team in this call center was manually transferring
records from the customer's service manager (SM) tool to their company's service manager (SM) tool.
The screens of the SM tools of both companies and the information in them were not the same, and the
necessary details were not available in the customer's SM tool. The employees in the relevant team
understood the record in the customer SM tool, then interpreted it and transferred it to their own SM
tool.
In this project we use UiPath as RPA and use Amazon Web Services (AWS) as AI/ML. We've created
about 300 record examples that existing users commented on and trained AWS ML with this set. At the
end of each week for one month, we feedback all records back to AWS ML again to increasing ML
success rate. We control and report record quality and ML decision success rate every day for two
month.
In this timeline current human resources are assigned to report record quality. Human and RPA work
both. After two or three month (when we reach our target ML success rate) we decide to release all
human resources and keep run with RPA only.
