The role of congress in the United States
The role of congress in the United States is to listen from the voiceless and make solutions to the problems in which everybody must benefit. Congress serves a massive contribution to the US itself knowing that it has been acknowledged by every country in the whole wide world as the most powerful. And yes, we’re stating the obvious. By then, where or whom exactly should we mirror the excellence? It is indeed from the government. From the group of people who addresses every problem as vitally inevitable to the society but must be answered as soon as the solution takes place and has been unfold. Congress has all the power to take charge that even other branches can expect a supervision from the congress itself. The reason why the US has both federal and state congress is because they have to position both as political bodies that will address concerns from everyone balancing the interests. State congress can’t handle everything which is to make it clear their resources is limited to make laws. There must be a right channel to address every concern from certain individuals, managements or establishments. It means that there is a hierarchy of authority to establish a more peaceful and politically wise government, without this we’ll expect for a downfall due to ambiguation from all over the place. There must a right channel as what I have stated earlier. The federal has all the right to what each state must give. They can post sanctions or penalization from disuse of power but the other side had also all the right to raise their voices if they are not fully convinced from the law that is about to be followed.
