ROMANTIC MOVIES VS COMEDY MOVIE A lot of people perhaps even millions in number have, “watching movies” as one of hobbies written in their resume and as a matter of fact they are quite honest. Undisputedly, watching movies nowadays is one of the most refreshing and nourishing habit because even experts say laughing and making oneself relaxed is one of the greatest natural way to stay healthy and increase one’s lifespan. This fact has been embraced by the already mentioned millions of people around the world, and needless to say that movies and comedies make a great audience around the world, and even most of the world’s theatres are always packed with movie enthusiasts. But here, there is a dilemma between Romantic Movies vs Comedy Movies. These two categories of movies could be said to be the top genres in the movie industry with great popularity. Anyone would automatically fall for either of the two categories. Some of the comedy movies that have taken many viewers over on TV series includes Robin Williams which airs on CBS, Andy Samberg on Fox and Michael J on NBC. These three examples of the numerous comedy trends have attracted a wider interest of millions of people who enjoy and love comedies in the United States and the world over. Besides these comedies, there are also plenty of romantic movies that are daily on TV series and theatres that have stirred yet another huge groups of people up that they cannot concentrate on any other thing than watching these movies. According to statistics, 58% of adults in the United States love movies while 52% of them enjoy comedies. From the statistics, the 58% population reflects the number of people who enjoy movies which includes romantic movies; most of them acted by prominent Bollywood and Tollywood actors such as Allu Arjun. Gender also has been found to play a great role in the preference of Romantic Movies vs Comedy Movies. From general observations supported by various studies, women love passion and the affection that romance movies are full of especially the emotions and feelings attributed to the characters in romance movies. On the other hand, a lesser number of men compared to women may opt for comedy movies if given the two options as men love action and the energy in the comedy movies. But this however, is not gospel truth as still one is likely to find a greater population of women in theatres purposely to present to watch a comedy movie. The idea is, women love emotions, romance and affection portrayed in romantic movies while men love action and energy in the movies which make them feel strong of course what they are than women. But women making up a greater population in the world, it would be appropriate to say, that a lot of people enjoy romantic movies that comedy movies, despite the fact that they are both interesting and amazing to watch. As a matter of fact, many a people cannot choose between romantic movies and comedy movies for they love them both.
