IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION Education is where an individual gains knowledge about something basically skills about daily living, social life, and developing judgment and reasoning. Education aims at helping people understand life and intern contribute to their societies. It has evolved over the years from the traditional method of education to the modern way being used today. This modern education has created employment which has better today's living thus decreasing poverty and hunger crisis through creation of opportunities in different sectors. This has made it an important tool in the modern day. Education enables an individual to enhance his/her communication skills that is, reading, writing, speaking, and listening. It develops someone's critical thinking that enhances decision-making and interaction with people, preparing youths for adulthood when they need to make decision for their own lives, this self-reliance is important in creating even future leaders of the community they come from. Education also boosts creativity leading to innovation in the creative industry and general industrialization. In social life it has promoted gender equality due to the rising schooling of girls and women, research by the World Bank shows that this reduces teenage pregnancy rates in Peru by almost seven percent. This means both genders can take part in nation building more so women who are often excluded in decision making, for instance, number of children to birth, this has a direct positive influence on better living. The ability to read and write improves one's confidence because the individual can access information easily and therefore is greatly informed, for example, an educated person is mostly a great citizen in the country since he\she can read and understand the laws of the country thus enhancing peace in the nation. Also, it enables individuals to be aware of their rights and responsibilities in different places or situations for example, in the family, community, and country as a whole. Moreover, education creates a global connection, in that a lot of people learn together either through physical interaction or virtual, people coming together to understand something creates a connection between them, and due to this great things happen such as innovations talked about earlier, also due to this people learn to appreciate diversity. The value of education has risen over the years and is now one of the most important tools of today's living, it has brought important changes to bettering the lives of many people across the world especially in job creation.
