Project Description: I managed my executive’s calendar covering appointments and
appropriately managed tasks and schedules using Google Calendar.

Project Description: I used Notion to assign tasks to my executive and teammates,
set reminders, and also set tasks priorities, this helped the team stay organized and
accountable. I also use Notion for other project-related tasks, the same as
Monday.com

Slides feature of data entry and pictorial representations.

Project Description: I was tasked with organizing my clients’ inboxes, creating
appropriate filters and folders, flagging important messages, and making sure their
inboxes were free from junk emails while never missing out on vital information. I did all
of these with Gmail and Microsoft Outlook keeping timely correspondences.

Tools: I have gained ample experience working with various software, including Google
Suite, Microsoft Suite, Notion, Monday.com, Airtable, Trello, Teams, Slack, Asana,
Zoom, and other tools and software. I have access to Opera Mini VPNPro to access
websites that might ordinarily bounce others off.
With my dedicated workstation, I deliver top-notch services to clients and businesses
remotely and in different time zones. I have honed my skills, and I am ever-evolving and
eagerly looking forward to learning something new as long as it will benefit my client or
their business.
I have a stable electricity supply and dedicated internet to carry out tasks timely,
excellently, and deliver results.
