Portfolio Projects Project 1: Cassava Processing Plant Business Plan & Setup I successfully led the end-to-end development of a comprehensive business plan for a 100ton-per-day cassava processing plant in Niger State. This included conducting market research, feasibility analysis, financial projections, and sourcing strategies. I also coordinated with stakeholders—including government representatives, suppliers, and potential buyers—to align objectives. The project resulted in a well-structured investment proposal that attracted government interest and private sector discussions. Project 2: Ozigon Super App – Concept & Business Model Development I managed the conceptualization and planning of Ozigon, a one-stop app and website designed to connect users with vendors, artisans, logistics, and rides. My role included business model design, competitor research, marketing strategy planning, and team structuring. I oversaw the integration of revenue models (commissions, partnerships, cashback systems), and guided the digital team in aligning the product roadmap with longterm scalability. The project successfully launched its website and attracted interest from early adopters. Project 3: Renewable Energy Transport Proposal – Electric Tricycles (Keke) for Rivers State I directed the proposal development and financial modeling for an empowerment project to introduce 10,000 electric tricycles (keke) in Rivers State. This involved researching sustainable transport models, designing charging park infrastructure with solar and wind power, cost analysis, and drafting a government-focused proposal.
