Overview:
In this exercise, I was tasked with conducting keyword research for an educational institute's Google
Ads campaign aimed at attracting students interested in IELTS courses in Lahore, Pakistan. The
project involved using Google Ads' Keyword Planner to identify and refine a list of relevant, lowcompetition keywords, structuring them by match type to optimize the campaign's reach and
effectiveness.
SOLUTION:
Task 1:
Create an account on Google Ads.
Task 2:
Open the Keyword Planner and use the competitor's link provided in the guidelines to explore new
keywords.
Task 3:
Apply the location and language filters based on the scenario.
Task 4:
Narrow down the list of keywords and select the best 6 keywords based on the guidelines.
