The focus of the meeting was to discuss various issues related to the H2H project and brainstorm solutions. Discussed Points: Introduced the founder of the Brussels Paper and his H2H business model with their Quarter-Dollar registration approach highlighted and discusses Emphasized the importance of H2H laboratories in addressing human-made social and environmental problems. Addressed the need for innovation and creativity, highlighting the significance of giving young people the freedom to explore new ideas and approaches without the constraints of traditional bureaucratic systems. A significant part of the discussion revolved around about Crowd funding for H2H globally and to take some necessary actions to achieve our goal i.e $2B. The importance of a participatory economy and utilizing crowd funding to support those in need. The idea of an amnesty program to redirect hidden funds for the benefit of the underprivileged, emphasizing the need for capitalism to have a conscience. Plan for the Current Month: A functional website is the current demand for crowd funding, where people can register with a small amount of fee i.e. $0.25 (PKR: 80). The website must give us the detail of registered people and the overall registration numbers with total amount collected. Profiles on known crowd funding sites will be made and active campaign will be carried out Sameer will assist Bahar in active campaign managing and writing. Saira Khan is responsible to assist Bahar in crowd funding sites maintenance and its functionality to achieve the target. Initiating an IPO experiment to provide immediate relief to those in need, emphasizing the global reach of the project. The team should focus on building a platform that filters out genuine subscribers and ensures that funds are directed to those who truly need them (Not in Charity- instead to make them entrepreneurs) H2H Shirts and banners to be stitched with H2H logo, The Brussels Paper and Belgium name and Flag. (Belgium and Pakistan Flag is best suited) Action Points: Sameer to assist Bahar to handle paid campaigns and chief editing tasks. Saira to assist Bahar in the crowd funding Initiating an IPO experiment for immediate relief and global outreach. Focus on building a platform that filters genuine subscribers and supports those in need. The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to implementing the discussed strategies and moving forward with the H2H project.
