Aziz Hajiyev

Mr. Hajiyev was mainly appointed for Customer Voice Monitoring. He analyzed and evaluated customer opinions and articles for our automotive customers. In detail, Mr. Hajiyev was assigned with the following tasks: ▪ Searching and editing information on a vast range of automotive industry subjects ▪ Analysis of customer feedback in online sources in Russian language: Categorization, relevance and tonality evaluation of the customers’ posts ▪ Translation of the original Russian language posts into English language ▪ Update of the databases: Identification of new relevant sources ▪ Participation in data analysis and the preparation of management reports in Powerpoint and Excel for our automotive customers Mr. Hajiyev carried out every aspect of his work to the highest possible standard. We especially benefited from his excellent Russian and English language skills and his knowledge regarding automotive industry and technology.
