IMPORTANCE OF HEALTH AND FITNESS IN LIFE
Without good health, we are nothing. There is an old saying, 'Health is Wealth' and ‘fitness is the key’. Staying healthy is significant for growth and development of mind and body. In 21st century, kids are more fond of computers and other digital devices. There’s no such physical outdoor activity. In the result, kid’s muscles and bones are not properly engaged according to their age.
Every part of our life relies on having good health. You cannot climb higher in all the other seven areas of your life if you do not have enough physical energy to devote to each of them. When you have low energy, it is difficult to:
express love and intimacy
support your family and consciously parent your children
perform at work if you are too tired to be productive
have fun with friends if you are dull and lethargic
learn and grow if your weak body has weakened your mind
Have a sense of charity and contribution if ill health has you looking inwards rather than outwards on helping others.
A person who is fit both physically and mentally is strong enough to face the ups and downs in their life.
Good health and fitness can achieve entirely on our own. It depends on pollution-free environment directly and the quality of food intake. Health is more dependent on nutrition, exercise and sleep. Health is made up of four layers or ‘energies.

Spiritual.
Health is the most important element for our survival. Health is life. We all have desire for healthy life. A sick person is usually in a bad mood. That’s why companies include sick leave days into the employee contract.
