Smart Flow Integration with CLVet

There are a number of parts to the integration, but yes, there is full billing integration with Smart Flow for Customer Logic.
There are two setup items in Customer Logic:
1. Users.
- In Tools>Users and Resources menu there is an option for "Sync Users to Smart Flow" .
- This will bring up a screen with all users listed for the system. The user can filter this list and click "Sync Now" in the
toolbar which will send these users to Smart Flow.
2. Tools
- In Tools>Items and Services and the under "Tools" in the Items and Services screen, there is a similar option for
Synchronising Billable Items.
- This again will bring up a list, this time of billable items, and a "Sync Now" button in the toolbar.
- Again, the user can filter this list using search terms or by clicking on the column headings, then click "Sync Now" at the
top of the screen to send them to Smart Flow.
- After this, the items need to be configured and enabled in Smart Flow as per your normal process.
Syncing Patients
- When a patient is admitted using the "Admit Patient" option in Customer Logic, a record is created in Smart Flow
automatically. Once this has occurred, Customer Logic will listen automatically for events from Smart Flow.
- If the event contains an InventoryID, Customer Logic will charge the related item on today's medical record entry (if there
is no medical record entry for today, it will create one.
- If the event is something else, it will write a note in the medical record with the user, time, event name and value from
Smart Flow. This again is appended to todays medical record entry which will be created if it doesn't exist.
- As long as Users have been synced, if there is a UserID passed back with the event from Smart Flow, the sale and notes
will be credited to the correct user in Customer Logic.
- If the event is a deletion from Smart Flow, a written entry is recorded rather than deleting the billing item in Customer
Logic. This instructs the user to modify the charges manually. This is done for record locking purposes.
