I have known Ashley as a fantastic Medical Assistant for me in two separate facilities. When I was the Practice Administrator at a local Vascular Surgeon’s office, I called the director of the CMA program at Albany Technical College for a recommendation. She told me Ashley was the Best! I hired her and was never disappointed. Ashley later married and was transferred with her military husband.
When I changed jobs and became Practice Administrator at OneSource Healthcare, we were in need of a Medical Assistant, and once again, I called the same resource at the local Technical school to see if she could replicate another “Ashley” for us. She told me Ashley was moving back to Georgia and may be looking for a job. Ashley came in for an interview and we hired her right away.
She is smart and is self-motivated. She takes initiative and is a self will research on her own if she doesn’t know the answer. She is a team player and truly cares about her patients. Would I hire Ashley again if given the opportunity? I think you know the answer! Absolutely! I only wish there were more like her!
