Documentation: Payroll Report
1. Go to VanillaSoft CRM – Dashboard Report (specifically X Report) to get everyone’s total hours and deliverables.
2. In Dashboard Report – Need to set it where:
Breakdown Menu – Across all Projects
Date Range – Custom
Start & End – adjust the calendar manually
Hit Go
Export to Excel
3. In Addition, check weekend dates to make sure there’s no hours generated from any callers except Admin.
4. The exported file, I’m looking for Login Hours and Total Deliverables and matching it to my Payroll Report template. Then putting the raw result in my template in Column C and D.
5. Informing Kayvee (admin asst) to download call history of each agents for audits.
6. As soon as I receive their call history, then I start reviewing it for possible adjustments. If their duration on a particular record exceeds 1000 seconds for a VM call, then it will be subjected for adjustments. Finally, I get the accumulated total of their idle time for deduction.
7. These adjustment/deduction goes to Column E.
8. Then I send the report to Laurie for pay out.
