Create New Agent Record in VanillaSoft for Recording Paid Admin Time
The Agent Time Tracking Off Dialer project has been created to allow agents to track their paid time which is spent off
the dialer (“off-dialer time”). This includes time for meetings and training, as well as studying campaign materials.
To set up a new agent in the Agent Time Tracking Off Dialer project in VanillaSoft, follow these steps:
In the Agent Time Tracking Off Dialer project, select Add New Contact
Enter the First and Last Name of the agent
Select the Call Flag check box
Select the agent’s VanillaSoft user ID (email) in the Contact Owner box. This insures that the record serves
directly to the agent when he or she logs-in to the Agent Time Tracking Off Dialer project.
Select the Lead Status of “In Process”
