Goal: Operations to continue while Val is out. (Data Management process)

Irl and I to develop a routine around Data Management especially that my focus is on Yield Optimization and so we could look at audiences when it comes to moving and closing records to help improve yields.
Starting today, I will be taking ownership of moving records to conversion campaign once a week. (Monday morning PH Time)
Will be finishing up what's left in each campaigns today.
Make sure the right number and records are moved. (Audit)
Deduping feature training have been done today and will be fixing duplicates in Conversion today also.
Do not forget to ask Kneko if we still need to include Doordash gift card for Converge Cloud Survey because we have it on Script.
Irl
Primary person to manage data, moving records, email campaigns that needs to go out and to work with Zoey and Heather.
Needs to be online from 8 to 10am Central from Tuesday to Thursday and might be until Friday (if needed) and possibly Monday next week too.
Will be doing mailing for Mediacom and another one starting tomorrow. Val already have the list (Cloud services) in VS and will send it out to Irl and it’s ready to go. There's 15K records on a separate folder and named Converge Cloud.
Will continue to move FFC2 in FFC conversion folders daily. Then Arnie will move them to Conversion campaign.
Handles bulk management in terms of moving records to VanillaSoft.
When it comes to adding data to new campaign, Kneko wanted Irl to have ownership. Do not expect Kneko to remind Irl each day but there is a Team Schedule that he can follow. Kneko prefers to add records a day before - Irl should be adding the data.
Irl has been added to Outbound Leadership chat. Whenever he adds data, Irl can update us in our Chat Window.

SAP - need to work on script. Val already sent a copy of the email invite.
Arraya Digital - Val have the list and already in VanillaSoft but not loaded in Singrid. Val will send it to Irl and will copy Arnie. She will let Irl know exactly which invite it goes to since its 5 sequence. It is ready to go. We will be using IT Secuirty DMs SMB campaign.
Steps to move the records to Conversion:
1. Check the Dashboard first.
2. Go to Each Campaigns and do Data Query.
3. Use Team Field, Filter this using in (xx,xx,xx,xx)
4. Put the Special Folders as the Value (Confirmed Appointments Folder,Fit For Client Conversion,Requalify,Reschedule,Survey Declined Folder,Survey with Interest/APPT Folder)
5. Run Query
6. Perform Task and then Copy Contacts to Other Projects ( Select Conversion Campaign)
7. After copying, Do another Perform Task and then Delete Contacts.
8. In order for these to work smoothly, make sure that special folders from original campaigns are similar to Conversion campaign so it moves records automatically to the correct folders.
