PORTFOLIO CROSSMEDIA - XCMS News content manager Web app oriented for desktop and iPad. XCMS is the control center to manage the news and contents for several channels, this system allows to news media handle all the journalist upload news and materials here. IDEA Is create a system from scratch, that allow to the company manage all the content produced and shared by its employees remotely, in be distributed to all its communication channels. MY ROLE - Logo and corporate design. - Research, information structure, and design. - User flow and User Experience. - Prototype. - Responsive design (desktop, tablets). - Interaction. - HTML / SASS development, Js. APPROACH This project was a challenge because the developers were ahead already they started programing the app and then they realized that they needed to work on the UX design, next I had first to understand what they had developed and what was necessary to do to make a better product. I defined the personas with the team and we defined the user flow, next we created wireframes. I worked with the client and involve them in the desition making process. When it was finished the defining process, I delivered and test the delivered the html and css to developers and helped with the integration to react.js xcms.cross-media.es
