Our Plan
Phase One: We will focus on Salons and Naturopaths.
This will allow us to gather data and seed the market
with Early Adopters. During this stage we will hone in on
producing repeat purchases using promotions and
tricks to get sales.
Due to the nature of salons and naturopaths having
customers. This will also allow for Sayar Care to get user
generated content. Our target market should be based
on top states and provinces. We will also dig deeper into
top cities within those states.
This phase can last between 3 -6 months. Our objective
is to get accounts and get re orders.
Phase Two: Large retail. We are going to come armed
with customers in our target market. This information
combined with the data around what works at the salon
and naturopath level will help us close deals.
We can begin to plant seeds early on. That being said
the turn around can be 3-6 months. Some large retailers
order at specific times of the year. With our approach to
these retailers we should also be on RangeMe. That
being said we can also generate emails for buyers in
these chains. RangeMe will specifically be useful when
dealing with grocery and pharmacy chains.
