Eating Too Much: Simple craving or Eating Disorder?
Do you eat more often than you think? Or you crave eating food too much even if you are not hungry? Most people are not aware that when they eat a lot faster, even if they are not hungry is not healthy at all. These are people who are on binge diet.
People who are on a binge diet usually consume a large amount of food over a short period of time even if they are not really hungry. Binge eating is considered to be an eating disorder. Binge eating is an uncontrollable excessive eating of food then followed by feelings of shame and guilt (Waldencenter.org).
Luckily, a person with binge eating disorder can overcome this out-of-control eating with proper treatment. Talking with an expert, perhaps a specialist or psychologist would help people with this kind of eating disorder.

The Bad Impact When You’re on Binge Diet
When people overeat too much, they either end up having a stuffed belly or sore throat. This is what people usually feel from time to time. But this is different from those who have binge eating disorder. These unhealthy eating habits could end up a person from some serious health problems if left untreated.
Gaining weight is common among person who binge eats and most of them are really overweight. This can further lead to low self-esteem which even causes a person to eat more. Being obese and overweight can lead to other long term health problems including sleep apnea, heart diseases, diabetes, arthritis, cancer and high blood pressure.
Getting the medical help would somehow lessen the risk of a person from suffering from these serious health problems that could really impact a person’s life negatively.
