Our client has a mission to provide the most authentic products at affordable prices and also strive to create an engaging non-pretentious in-store experience. Challenges Our client was unable to achieve the desired outcome from their current website as it was not userfriendly. Vidushi Infotech was responsible for revamping the current website into a more flexible, functional portal so that the audience can seamlessly interact, with the business. Our client was looking for a customized solution where they can display their collection of products and can also inform or make their end client aware about the various upcoming events that was sponsored by our client. Our client also wanted to make sure to share various articles related to the products available so that the users can learn and comment on the same. The client also wanted the solution to be very user –friendly so that the users can browse or navigate through their entire line of products flawlessly. The client also wanted the users to sign up and create an account with their portal so that they can capture the essential details about their customers and should be able to send focused marketing campaigns in future based on their buying patterns. Our biggest challenge was to keep our team working efficiently to handle, maintain, the performance and security of the website.
