Overview
Customer is one of the fastest growing real estate companies in India, and develops a wide-range of
infrastructure projects including residential & commercial complexes. To cater to their changing
business and customer requirements, the organization chose to migrate to Salesforce as a centralized
CRM system.
Challenges
The customer had higher operational and maintenance costs involved in integrating 3 systems SAP,
Oracle CRM on demand and local server to align key business functions. They also faced some
serious issues with data redundancy, ability to send rich text emails, manual email service and
inconsistency because of multiple applications.
Solutions
Vidushi Infotech implemented a highly customized, configurable and scalable Salesforce CRM to
address both business and technical issues. Using the distinctive custom of the application the
customer was able to achieve their distinctive requirements.

request records from the former CRM to Salesforce CRM on an accelerated timeline of a mere 15

Results
The new solution helped the client to send rich text emails with Inline imaging and also with
data validation. The data validation ensured accurate and consistent data and access to
the centralized CRM system which improved user adoption and productivity.
