SERVICES RENDERED
I am readily available and able to dedicate a minimum of 10
hours to a maximum of 40 hours a week. I work flexibly but aim
to work on the hours when our target market is active and
engaging. Weekly to monthly progress reports will be submitted
for the work carried out.
MUTUAL COOPERATION
I agree to put my best efforts in return I expect your
cooperation in providing needed information and resources
regarding the project and campaigns.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
50% Payment is made monthly in advance.An initial invoice will
be issued upon receiving the returned signed agreement and is
payable within 7 days. Project commencement starts once
payment is received. Recurring invoices will be due monthly
from the first payment date. Payment is via Wise transfer, Wise
has fees that differs depending on your mode of payment so
please be advised that this shall not be deducted from the total
pay I shall receive.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All efforts to preserve the confidentiality of information will be
conducted. I will issue an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) for
any patented and copyrighted assets of both of us.
PLANS CANCELLATION
You have the right to reject, cancel, or stop at any time but are
required to pay me all pending payable amounts for the time
and service rendered prior to the cancellation.
TERMS AND TERMINATION
This agreement should commence three days from receipt of
the initial invoice payment and shall continue till termination by
eighter party by not less than 1 week given in writing.

It is requested you read and review the agreement to get an
understanding of the details involved in working with me. My
onboarding process is as follows.
Review the agreement and proposal
Discuss the desired changes
Accept the proposal
Sign and finalize the agreement
Submit an initial 50% of the first month of work
Once we get notification of your proposal acceptance and
initial payment we will schedule a Kick-off meeting to
discuss the action plans and you will grant me access to the
tools I will be using.
Once Kick-off Meeting is done I will officially start rendering
service.

This is to signify that I,
have reviewed and agreed to the aforementioned agreement
stated in this document as per availing for the services offered
by Angelica Joy Aleluya. This agreement shall take effect as this
day that I signed and submitted this document to the service
provider mentioned. This document may serve as proof of
agreement and may be used as a record of service and to
whatever reason it is needed to be presented.
