Product matching procedure Instruction 1. For the items under comparison add a column at the end called “match” 2. The values in the match column should only be: Y, N, D. ◦ Y = Yes; N = No; D = Doubtful 3. Enter "Y" when item in OJ Commerce site matches with the Amazon site. 4. Enter "N" when item in OJ Commerce site does not matche with the Amazon site. 5. Enter "D" when there is no conclusive data to confirm item in OJ Commerce site matches with the Amazon site. NOTE: When you add "D" to a comparison, add a column next to "match" called "notes" and brief what data is missing or confusing to confirm. Tips to match 1. Check product title 2. Check product number / item number / part number 3. Check image 4. Check number of items. 1.
