O sea, que es el canal de atención presencial al cliente. Bueno, lo primero que tuvimos que hacer fue abrir el primer negocio. Fue arrancar con hoja en blanco, o sea, ver qué tipo de operaciones queríamos llevar ahí, entrevistar un montón de gente, ver cuáles eran los perfiles adecuados de la gente que queríamos trabajando ahí, y bueno, armé el equipo, 20 personas, fuimos creciendo, abrimos más hubs, porque no se llaman hubs, perdón, negocios. Se llaman hubs. Bueno, parte del equipo tiene un espíritu comercial muy fuerte y la otra más, más no, totalmente operativo. The company has different areas.
