ABSTRACT
Contained herein is a case study depicting a car buying situation
and all the logistics that goes into vehicle purchase.
For the purpose of this case study, we will be exploring User
needs and how we will be creating [and/developing] features to
meet those needs.
After careful observation of behavioural patterns of one-time
buyers and repeat buyers, an automobiles app and website feature
was created, to enable consumers who want to shop online for
vehicles like cars, trucks, mini vans, and all-purpose motor
vehicles in general, do so with ease.
This app connects vendors with buyers.

Amazon financial aid eligibility assessor:
This app feature lets buyers know what payment options are
available to them, and if they are eligible for other payment
options of their choice.

Third party evaluation:
The Amazon Automobiles app gives buyers the option of
third-party evaluation, if they so prefer.
Also, reliable aftersales services are available to customers
via the app.
ABSTRACT contd.
The creation of this app confirms what we had long ago suspected
- buyers prefer security over ease.
They want to know that vehicles that they’ve purchased will be
taken care of afterwards and that delivery will be quick and
hassle-free.
They also want to know that inspite of not-so-great financial
situations there is a car for them, and they can buy it via
loans, or installmental payments.
They want to know that what they see is what they get.

Who: does not have the time to visit a dealership, or who seeks to purchase vehicles that are sold out of state or globally.
Amazon Automobile online retail is a strictly online automobile retail service.
That sells cars online directly to consumers.
Unlike other retail services, Amazon is a trustworthy e-commerce platform .
Amazon users do not have to leave the comfort of their homes or offices to test drive vehicles themselves before purchase.
Vendors on Amazon are thoroughly vetted, so buyers do not have to worry about getting scammed.
Since payment plans and credit evaluations can be finalised online and physical presence is not mandatory, buyers are more
inclined to patronize us.
Buyers have a wide variety to choose from, as sellers are not confined to a particular location.
We'll know this is true when more users shop for vehicles on our website, and use our app.

Key Objectives of the product - To enable Customers shop for
vehicles of all sizes and specifications, with the option of
quick delivery.
Desired Release Date - To be determined
Product Features - Webapp with online vendors, who sell
various vehicle brands with quick delivery and reliable
aftersales services.
User Flow and Design - Use wireframe, or any other
illustration tool.
Performance Metrics - A data analyst will analyse, measure
and confirm user traffic, using heatmap apps like Hotjar.

How does the product provide value to the organisation?
By connecting online Automobile vendors with prospective
buyers. This in turn generates revenue for the organisation.
More visitors to the website/more app users could mean more
sales.
