Mini Biography of Earl Benjamin Jr Earl Benjamin Jr is the President of United City Builders Inc. and Dir. Of Development and operations of Delivery Circle Inc. His love for nature, animals, and biology directly created a part for him which he still follows till present. He was a nerd of a boy while growing up, and has never shied away from this fact, this guided his choice of Career right from his developmental years. He followed his passion and has consistently developed himself through various research projects and working for various international Agricultural Organizations to keep up with the ever-changing world of Agriculture and Animal Science. Earl Benjamin Jr relevance, consistency and competence cannot be over-emphasized. As an aspiring young man with a passion for Farm and Animal Management, Earl Benjamin went to Boston state University in 1982 where he majored in Agriculture and Animal Science, Jamaica Plain School where he studied Agriculture, Horticulture, and carpentry. Earl Benjamin Jr acquired Business Management knowledge from Joliet Community College from 2000 – 2001 and professional knowledge on Real Estate and Business Ownership in Nouveau Riche University from the period of 2006 – 2008. He was part of a team of researchers in 2005, which carried out research on Spider Secretion and Goat Secretion at A&T Agricultural and Mechanical University. His qualifications coupled with his natural-born instinct distinguished him in Farm Management, Business Management, real estate, and maximizing a land for Agricultural use. Earl Benjamin Jr has worked with various Organizations, he is presently the Dir. Of Development & Operations (Midwest/Ga) at Delivery Circle Incorporation where he oversees the day-to-day courier operations and resources to meet budget expectations among many other responsibilities. He is also the Independent Marketing Associate/Trainer at Renatus Inc. where he has worked from 2011 till present, He also assists investors to understand foreclosure, short sales, fix and flip legal ramifications of title insurance, real property ownership and recording process. From 2013 to 2017, he worked at Southern Companies (Nicor Gas) as a Customer Care Specialist. Earl was the president of American Gourmet Meats from 2002 to 2010, during this period he was able to increase the annual sales to $365,000 which resulted in 50% increase over a two-year period. In Tellabs Inc., he worked as the Global Quality Engineer/Stems Auditor from 1998 to 2002. His passion for real estate, farm and Animal management was of no doubt, not surprisingly in 1998 when he married into a family-owned cattle ranch in Montgomery, Texas (Angus and Limousine Beef cattle, horses and Goats), he was so much into what he does that he eventually found Love therein. Earl started a company in 1998 called American Gourmet Meat Inc. that specializes in farm-raised and grazed food products. Earl Benjamin Jr decided to focus on Family Owned land through real estate investing. He is a man that understands the language the land speaks and the appropriate response to give back. Earl Benjamin Jr is a trained and experienced real estate, farm and business manager. He has a proven track record, he can turn a piece of your land into something more valuable and rewarding.
