Confidential Information During your employment with the company you will devote your time, attention and skills to the best of your abilities for your business. If you share these documents of the company or the information related to them by any means, then your service will be stopped with immediate effect without any notice. Cessation / Termination The company reserves the right to, in the future if at any time in our opinion; Which is final in this case, such as negligence in work, violation of basic rules, non-completion of work, indiscipline, disorderly behaviour, absence from duty without permission or any other conduct considered harmful to us. In the event of breach of one or more of the terms of this letter, your services can be terminated without notice and the damages will be recovered from your security amount (if paid). Governing Law/Jurisdiction Your employment with the company is subject to Indian laws. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. If you want to cancel the job offered within 72 hours for any reason; And if any payment received / advance payment will be fully refundable. If you want to make any changes ; within 72 hours, it is also possible. Changes cannot be made after 72 hours but can be cancelled (before project release). In this case the company will be pay only fifty percent amount on behalf of received caution money(if paid). You may take three days trial or may proceed with live project as per your choice. For this trial no payment will made by the company. In case of defaulter you will not get job. 02. You have to submit your report on a daily basis so that your errors can be verified. When you are on a live project, your agreement will be cancelled in case you do not submit the report for three consecutive day. 03. You also have to take care of mistakes while entering. By the way, in case of mistake, money will not be deducted in the first project. We will intimate you through warning memo’s. But even after repeated mistakes, the same project will be cancelled and the processing / security money (if taken) will also be forfeit. You have to make sure that all the blanks are properly filled while copy paste. Do not miss any word, do not spell a mismatch, date must be properly mentioned, when briefing the nature of business, enter the brief description of business. Mobile number must be correct. In case of there is a pdf which is not as per the requirement, you may skip that pdf and move forward. It takes only couple of seconds. If you get some such problems, then for this, you have already been given 02 hours extra per day by the company. The project is given according to your choice, which you have to complete in the stipulated time with quality. In the event of non completion of work, the payment will be made as per the rates and agreement mentioned in Schedule I and the agreement will be cancelled. Caution money will be forfeited (if paid). 05. Payout will be as per chosen plan. If applied as an experience applicant payout will be monthly and first payment will be after 45 days. If paid Rs. 999 payout will be monthly and first payment will be after 30+07 working days. If paid Rs. 1999 projects will be regular and payout will be monthly and first payment will be after 30+07 working days. If paid Rs. 3499 payout will be weekly and first payment will be after 15+07 working days. If paid Rs. 4499 payout will be daily and first payment will be after 07+07 working days. The second project can be given only if first project is completed on time. Defaulter applicants will not be given any further project. 06. The company assigns the work to you according to your choice. But if you want to check whether you are comfortable to do what you have said. So it’s your accountability to check before processing the agreement (within 72 hours) that you are able to do the work taken or not. If not, you can reduce the work taken by yourself. Keep in mind that you cannot demand less work than the minimum slab as per mentioned in part time and full time. And if you feel that the work taken is not possible from you, then you can also claim the processing / security money (if paid). Refund will be settle in next month . The relevant information is mentioned in the offer letter clause no. 13.5 & 13.6 (in sample offer letter). Remember in case of defaulter no refunds will be done. 07. If you have a server problem, you have to immediately raise the ticket to the support department from the work panel. Any desk should be installed on your computer. If the company has found that the server is the issue/slow panel working/any other issue then your entry will be accepted based on performance. If you do not raise the ticket your request will not be accepted. During the work, it can be checked that you have done the submitted project. You will cooperate the executive at the time of verification. You may not have done such projects before. There are obviously many things you will encounter for the first time at work. It is not possible to mention all such things. We are paying a smart package at home and we hope that the approach will always help in learning and accepting things and solving nature skills. If you raise any dispute on this basis, it will not be consider. 08. For those working in part time, the panel is open for a maximum of 06 hours in 24 hours (for paid applicant) and for those working in full time, the panel is open for a maximum of 10 hours in 24 hours (for paid applicant). You are allowed to work at your convenience. You are strictly advised to complete your work on a daily basis as the working hours will not be forwarded to the next day. We are not accountable for under any circumstances (in case of examination, marriage, death, sickness, system crash, power problem, internet problem, a new job or any other issue). The company reserves this right with any change in the future according to the market scenarios and upcoming projects. There will be some increase in the work target of the freshers, which the company will also pay. Experience can choose whether to take more work or not. This work is for one person. If you have more people with you and have more computers/laptops, you can apply for a group project. By confidential ground you cannot share your work with others.
