Most of us feel scared about our health, in the back of our minds there are many questions that makes us feel stress and anxious. Here are some tips that could help you relax and feel calm during quarantine.
1. Stop your worries
When you are always worried you will often forget the important things you should do at home.to forget the worries is to focus on the house work and think it’s fun to do it.
