About the Role
I am a realtor and interior designer based in Canada seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone experienced in zapier automation with customization and some custom code editing, real estate research, data organization, scheduling, and marketing support. You will work closely with me to help streamline operations, transactions, research properties, and maintain marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Simple Web and Automation Support
Experience in updating Wordpress websites
Experience in setting up task automation usng Zapier or Maker
2. Property Research
Search for properties based on specific client criteria using MLS and other real estate platforms
Compile property lists for buyers and investment opportunities
Monitor new listings and notify the realtor of relevant opportunities
3. Price & Market Analysis
Conduct competitive market analysis (CMA) on comparable properties
Research recent sales, active listings, and neighborhood trends
Prepare organized reports and spreadsheets summarizing market data
4. Appointment Coordination
Schedule property showings, meetings, and client appointments
Coordinate calendars and confirm appointments with clients and vendors
Send reminders and maintain organized schedules
5. Marketing Support
Assist with social media posting and online marketing campaigns
Prepare listing marketing materials (flyers, brochures, email campaigns)
Support CRM updates and lead tracking
Help organize open house marketing and follow-ups
6. Administrative Support
Maintain property and client databases
Organize documents and files related to listings and transactions
Assist with basic email communication and task coordination
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant is a must; not just property management
Familiarity with Zapier a must
Strong research and data organization skills
Familiarity with real estate terminology and basic market analysis
Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools is a plus
Strong written English communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines but also able to collaborate in team environment and do zoom meetings daily
Preferred Skills
Experience with web develop tools and process automation tools a must
Experience working with North American real estate agents preferred
Knowledge of MLS systems, Zillow, or similar platforms
Graphic design experience (Canva or similar tools)
Familiarity of AI assisted content generation: writing, images, and video
Social media management experience (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Compensation
fixed pay; will not consider hourly
