About the Role:

As a Working Supervisor and Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housing placements. You'll wear two hats – leading your assigned team and providing exceptional training to new hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision:
  • Lead a team responsible for tenant placement, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations, including scheduling, workload distribution, and performance monitoring.
  • Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive living experience.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for your team.
  • Training:
  • Develop and deliver impactful training programs for new hires on company policies, procedures, and best practices in temporary housing placement.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for new team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and company updates, continuously refining training content.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for assigned placements.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Uphold Premier Insurance Housing's commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
