About the Role:
As a Working Supervisor and Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our housing placements. You'll wear two hats – leading your assigned team and providing exceptional training to new hires.

- Supervision:
- Lead a team responsible for tenant placement, communication, and issue resolution.
- Ensure efficient daily operations, including scheduling, workload distribution, and performance monitoring.
- Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive living experience.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for your team.
- Training:
- Develop and deliver impactful training programs for new hires on company policies, procedures, and best practices in temporary housing placement.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for new team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and company updates, continuously refining training content.
