I'm looking for someone to troubleshoot and fix a Windows PC. The Bluetooth icon and access have disappeared. Someone should run a diagnostics tool to discover the issues, but I'm unsure if it's software or hardware.
Also, need to set a couple of user access privileges on another PC and allow remote access to users with privileges. Both PCs are running Windows 11 Pro. Need other ongoing Windows support services.
