Web Developer (Wix Apps Support) full time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Web Developer to join our team and assist with our Wix apps. This role combines web development, customer support, and user engagement tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Create Wix websites to test and showcase our apps
• Write and reply to app reviews in a professional, friendly manner
• Respond to support tickets and assist users with questions or technical issues
• Collaborate with the team to improve app usability and user satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Wix website creation and customization
• Basic understanding of web design and UX principles
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to troubleshoot and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users
• Organized, responsive, and able to work independently
• Customer service experience is a plus
