We are looking for a digital marketing VA with good admin skills who’s talented at graphic design, tech-savvy, and calm under pressure to help support her mission to transform lives through mind-brain-body functional medicine. You’ll work behind the scenes to make sure marketing and events flow, content goes live, and clients care is top notch.
- 💸 $5/hour + performance bonuses
- ⏰ Work any 4 consecutive hours between 9AM–5PM MST (20 hrs/week)

Who You’ll Be Supporting:
An Anxiety and Mystery Illness Detective. In her Mind-Brain-Body Functional Health practice, she helps high-performers find and fix hidden causes—despite years of struggle and family history. Her proven system - including her Timebending Secret - shows overwhelmed clients how to harness nature’s intelligence to refuse the false choice between their health and their dreams.
What You’ll Do:
- Use Canva for creating on-brand graphics and simple visuals.
- Edit short videos using Descript and CapCut.
- Email marketing management
- Help plan, market and handle the back end for webinars and online events.
- Occasional simple sales page and landing page editing (no complex funnel building necessary).
- Schedule and post on all social media platforms (with emphasis on LinkedIn and YouTube)
- Assist with speaking engagement booking correspondence.
- Help handle admin and organization tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Who You Are:
- You have a good eye for design and aesthetics.
- You have marketing knowledge, but you’re not trying to be an influencer.
- You’re happy to work behind the scenes and stay organized
- You’re proactive, tech-savvy, and a little bit of a perfectionist (in a healthy way)
- You take feedback well and thrive on clarity
Must-Have Tools & Skills:
- Canva
- ChatGPT, ClaudeAI; BONUS: AI video/content creation platforms
- Descript (or similar AI vid editing) and CapCut
- Get Response marketing automation platform - email marketing, landing pages, autoresponders, etc (similar to Mail Chimp - no advanced funnel building required)
- Trello or ClickUp
- Microsoft Suite + OneDrive
- CRMs
- Strong written and spoken English
- Reliable internet + laptop - preferably with backup plan for power outages
