We're looking for someone excited about AI tools, business systems, and problem-solving to support AI development projects and Odoo system operations.
🕒 Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)
💰 Salary: $7.00–$9.00/hr
🌍 Remote
⏰ Working Hours: TBD, within UK business hours
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Support and improve business systems using Odoo Studio
• Research and test AI tools and solutions
• Build and improve Claude skills and AI agents
• Organize centralized business knowledge and documentation
• Assist with workflow automation (Makedotcom, Zapier)
• Troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Collaborate with leadership on AI and operational projects
Our Roadmap: Building centralized business knowledge on GitHub, creating Claude skills and AI agents, gradually improving AI systems from simple assistants to advanced semi-autonomous systems, and exploring integrated AI workflows.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• Demonstrated professional Claude experience — describe specific use cases, prompting strategies, and learnings
𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞:
• Odoo or Odoo Studio experience
• Makedotcom or Zapier experience
• Documentation/knowledge systems experience
𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: Odoo experience preferred but not required if you learn quickly. This role values practical thinking and problem-solving over deep technical expertise.
