We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to manage calendars, coordinate travel, handle communications, and support a wide range of personal and administrative tasks. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable supporting a neurodivergent working style.

🕒 Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)

💰 Salary: $4.00–$5.50 per hour

🌍 Remote

⏰ Working Hours: TBD, within UK business hours

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Manage the client's calendar and protect time for important priorities

• Coordinate transport and book travel arrangements

• Filter emails and messages and provide clear bullet-point summaries

• Communicate with the client's in-person assistant and other support staff

• Order groceries, supplements, and household essentials

• Submit repeat prescription requests through the NHS app

• Manage digital files, documents, and administrative tasks

• Assist with social media scheduling and content batching

• Update waitlists and databases for community projects

• Support legal administration by organizing documents and managing correspondence

• Assist with planning and coordinating the client's future house move

• Create simple templates and visual documents when needed

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

• Ability to support a neurodivergent working style, including ADHD-friendly communication

• Comfortable managing routines, checklists, and recurring tasks independently

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written English communication skills

𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞:

• Interest in wellness, spirituality, or self-care practices

• Experience with basic social media editing and scheduling

• Familiarity with simple website builders

• Familiarity with UK-based apps such as Ocado, Frive, Uber, Cabhit, Trainline, and the NHS App

• Experience using Trello, Notion, Monday(dot)com, or similar project management tools

• Basic knowledge of workflow automation platforms such as Make.com

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Sheets
