The Mission

The legal industry is at a breaking point. Every firm in the USA is currently trapped between the need for AI-driven efficiency and the existential risk of public-cloud data leaks. We have solved this, and more.

LawClaw, built on the “OpenClaw” model, taking the world by storm and driven by our own 4 brain LLM, JurisGPT, a 2.3T parameter Sovereign Intelligence Silo running on custom hardware. It is the only "God Mode" legal tech in the world that provides Omniscience without ever touching the cloud and is the only solution a law firm needs.

The Status: We are a high-velocity startup at the "Point of Infection." The tech is built, the demand is surging, and we are ready to go viral. We are looking for an elite Sales Director with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead the charge and build the revenue engine from the ground up.

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Director for our AI platform tailored to the legal industry. This is a full-time, remote role. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans and all managing sales operations,including quickly establishing strong client relationships and making deals in quick succession.

  • Market Land Grab: Take our Sovereign AI stack to every mid-to-large SME firm in the USA. There are only 2 licenses per state. This creates legitimate scarcity with the window of opportunity is closing fast on law firms.

  • Revenue Leadership: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting using google, and similar tools to close and sew up the USA market fast.

  • Growth Architecture: Work directly with the Founder (Architect) to refine the viral go-to-market strategy.

THE PACKAGE: HIGH-STAKES & HIGH-REWARD

  • Commission based: $25,000 PER CONTRACT. (Paid weekly on banked deals)
  • Target: 1 Close per week.
  • First-Year OTE: $1.3 Million.
  • The "Founder" Upside: Early-Stage Equity. We are offering an equity stake for the right leader who can turn early momentum into market dominance.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and identifying new client opportunities
  • Experience in managing Sales Operations and ploughing through targets.
  • Strong hunting skills, a rare breed with a nose for opportunities.
  • A closer, a no nonsense negotiator.
  • Familiarity with the legal industry and AI technology is a plus, but any Sales Ninja should apply.
