About Psyflo

Psyflo is a mission-driven Management Services Organization (MSO) designed to support mental health providers and social service organizations across the US. We are currently seeking licensed therapists or practices that can bill Medicaid and/or Commercial Insurances in NY state and can deliver fully virtual services to join us in expanding access to coordinated, high-quality care.

Backed by Cornell University, we work with schools, clinics and CBOs to deliver stepped-care support for our patient population, starting in NY state.

·      Provider Shortages: A significant gap exists between the demand for mental health and social services (SDoH) and the availability of qualified providers.

·      Complex Systems: Individuals often struggle to find appropriate care due to fragmented services and lack of centralized information.

·      Delayed Access: Long wait times and access constraints can exacerbate mental health and SDoH needs, delaying necessary treatment.

·      Stigma and Barriers: Societal stigma and logistical barriers can deter individuals from seeking help.

About the Partnership

We’re looking for a licensed therapist, private practice or group practice in New York State that can operate independently (without restriction) to support our school-based care delivery model. We are only interested in working with providers that are enrolled in Medicaid and/or Commercial Insurers in NY state.

Benefits of Working With Us:

1. Increased Referrals: Providers receive pre-vetted, high-intent referrals from schools, clinics, CBOs and other institutions. These referrals are often matched based on clinical fit, location, language, insurance, and availability — reducing no-shows and misalignment.

2. Faster Client Matching; Our care coordinators handle outreach**, matching, and appointment scheduling**, and freeing providers from the back-and-forth of intake logistics. This helps fill open slots faster with appropriate clients.

3. Insurance-Verified Clients: Many referrals come with insurance information pre-collected, reducing administrative overhead for eligibility verification. This is particularly beneficial for providers accepting Medicaid or commercial insurance.

4. Reduced Admin Time: We can help with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups — so providers can spend more time on care and less on admin tasks.

5. No Cost to Providers: It’s free to be listed in our provider network — we do not charge providers to receive referrals or to be featured in our directory.

6. More Consistent Caseloads: By partnering with large systems (e.g., K-12 school districts, universities, municipalities), we can provide providers with a steady stream of client referrals year-round.

7. Mission-Aligned Impact: Providers working with us often support underserved communities, particularly in school-based / CBO mental health — aligning with many clinicians’ values.

8. Confidential & Compliant: We are a HIPPA compliant platform and maintain secure systems for data sharing and referrals, making it safer for providers to accept client data.
