We are a growing IT agency working with modern web and software development projects across multiple industries. We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Virtual Recruiting Assistant to support our hiring operations and help us scale efficiently.
This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who understands recruiting workflows, candidate sourcing, communication, and hiring coordination — especially within the tech industry.
You will work directly with management to support recruiting activities, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring administration.
We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, responsive, and experienced with remote recruiting processes.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Hubstaff, Upwork, and other platforms
- Send outreach messages and manage candidate communication
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling
- Maintain candidate tracking spreadsheets and ATS systems
- Post and manage job listings on multiple hiring platforms
- Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment pipelines
- Assist with hiring reports and recruiting operations
- Support hiring for technical/software development positions
- 2+ years experience as a Recruiting Assistant, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or HR Assistant
- Experience sourcing candidates for remote positions
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn recruiting and candidate outreach
- Excellent written English communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring tasks simultaneously
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
- Experience using ATS systems, Google Sheets, or recruitment tools
- Experience recruiting for software engineering or IT positions
- Previous experience working with agencies or remote teams
- Familiarity with international hiring
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing automation tools
