In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate, high-quality medical reports that uphold clinical standards and support our commitment to exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, draft, and finalise medical reports in a clear, formal English style.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  • Organise, maintain, and update medical records within SharePoint and Google Drive.
  • Meet strict deadlines, managing multiple projects efficiently in a virtual environment.
  • Prepare and structure work proactively, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and organisation.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Medical Background: Previous experience in the medical industry or as a medical practitioner (e.g., physician, allied health professional) is highly preferred.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Strong understanding of anatomy and human functional capacity.
  • Relevant Credentials: Holding qualifications as a medical practitioner, allied health practitioner, or business/economical qualifications with healthcare exposure.
  • Report Writing Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in drafting formal, accurate medical reports.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear, professional manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using SharePoint and Google Drive for document management and collaboration.
  • Time Management & Independence: Able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
