About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities
• Anticipate needs before they’re asked for
• Handle travel, logistics, and last-minute changes with ease
• Prepare presentations, documents, and clear communication
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Keep leadership organized, focused, and on track
• Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
• Jump into special projects and solve problems fast

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional
• Exceptional organization and time-management skills
• Strong communication — clear, confident, and professional
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
• Close attention to detail with a big-picture mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern tools
• Proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to take ownership
